In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

We encourage you to use our ticketing system at any time, however, if you create a ticket yourself, you must follow it up with a call to 1-800-323-1200. This is especially true if you are contacting us regarding a breakdown. Our ticketing system is not routinely monitored during business hours and is never monitored on weeknights between the hours of 5:01PM and 7:59AM EST, weekends, or holidays. For any electrical or software support involving manroland equipment, please contact the 24/7 TeleSupport Center (TSC) at 1-866-286-9497. This system is only for legacy Goss equipment.
